  • Selected locations across Malaysia (depends on hamper type and courier availability)

Availability for your address will be shown at checkout.

2. Delivery Options & Timing

Same-Day Delivery

Available for selected hampers and areas.
Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time.

Scheduled Delivery

Choose your preferred date at checkout — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, surprises, and special occasions.

Standard Delivery (Nationwide)

Delivery time varies based on courier partner timelines.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Location

  • Delivery method

  • Hamper size/weight

Special deliveries (e.g., multiple locations, corporate bulk drops) may have additional charges.

4. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure accurate delivery details.

A delivery may fail if:

  • Address provided is incorrect

  • The recipient cannot be contacted

  • There is no safe place to leave the hamper

  • Building restrictions prevent access (e.g., office tower security)

In such cases:

  • A re-delivery fee may apply

  • Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries due to customer-side issues

5. Peak Season Deliveries

During festive seasons (Christmas, CNY, Raya, Deepavali):

  • Delivery slots may fill up earlier

  • Cut-off deadlines may change

  • Substitutions may occur due to stock availability

We encourage early ordering to secure your preferred slot.

6. Delivery for Corporate / Bulk Orders

Corporate hampers may involve:

  • Multiple delivery addresses

7. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your hamper arrives damaged:
