2. Product Availability & Customization

Our hampers are curated and often customized.
Because of this:

  • Some items may vary slightly depending on stock availability

  • We may replace an item with something of equal or higher value if needed

  • Custom hampers depend on the selections you make during checkout

We always aim to maintain the look, feel, and value of every hamper.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Payment must be completed at checkout via the available payment methods.

Koala Kraftt reserves the right to update pricing, promotions, or product details at any time.

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and payment is successful, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email or WhatsApp message.

Koala Kraftt reserves the right to reject or cancel an order if:

  • Payment is incomplete

  • Delivery details are invalid

  • A product becomes unavailable

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

If an order is cancelled on our end, we will issue a refund.

5. Delivery

We deliver across selected areas in Malaysia.
Delivery details — including cut-off times, same-day delivery, and fees — can be found in our Delivery Policy.

Please ensure accurate delivery details.
Koala Kraftt is not liable for failed deliveries due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unreachable recipients

  • No safe place to leave the parcel

Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of hampers (especially those with food, perishables, or personalized items), not all orders are eligible for return.

7. Accuracy of Photos & Descriptions

We try our best to show our hampers exactly as they are.
However, colours and textures may appear slightly different due to lighting or screen settings.

Substitutions may occur during peak seasons — but we will always maintain quality and value.
