About our Hampers

1. Are your hampers customizable?

Yes! You can select items and build your own hamper using our Custom Hamper Builder.
Just pick your size, choose your goodies, and we’ll craft it beautifully.

2. Do you replace items if something is out of stock?

Sometimes, yes. If an item is unavailable, we will replace it with something of equal or higher value, while keeping the overall theme and look of the hamper.

3. Can I include a personal message?

Absolutely.
Every hamper comes with a free greeting card where you can add your own message during checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Klang Valley, and selected areas nationwide (depending on hamper type).
Delivery coverage will be shown at checkout.

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — for selected areas and hampers.
Orders must be placed before the same-day cut-off time.

3. Can I schedule a delivery?

Yes!
You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.

4. What happens if the recipient is not home?

Our courier will try to contact the recipient.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to wrong address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • FPX / Online Banking
  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • E-wallets (if enabled by your payment gateway)

All payments are processed securely.

2. Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes — once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 1 hour, as long as we haven’t started preparing your hamper.

After we begin crafting, cancellations are not allowed.

Customisation & Special Requests

1. Can I request specific colours, themes, or arrangements?

Yes, we will try our best to accommodate special requests.
Just drop us a WhatsApp message after placing your order.

2. Do you cater to allergies or dietary restrictions?

We can help suggest suitable items, but we cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens as we source from different brands.

Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return a hamper?

Due to hygiene and personalization, returns are not accepted.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

2. What if my hamper arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Corporate & Bulk Orders (FAQ)

1. Do you offer corporate hampers?

Yes — we specialise in corporate gifting for festive seasons, client appreciation, and events.

Branding options are available.

2. Is there a minimum order for corporate hampers?

No strict minimum, but discounts or custom designs usually start at 10 units and above.

3. Can you include our company logo or branded items?

Yes!
We can include branded merchandise, customized tags, stickers, and cards.

4. How far in advance should we place bulk orders?

Ideally 1–2 weeks in advance, depending on quantity.

Festive seasons may require earlier booking.

5. Do you deliver to multiple locations for corporate orders?

Yes.

You can provide us with a delivery list, and we’ll handle multi-address coordination.

6. Do you provide invoices for corporate orders?

Absolutely — we issue quotes, invoices, and official receipts.
