Sometimes, yes. If an item is unavailable, we will replace it with something of equal or higher value, while keeping the overall theme and look of the hamper.
Absolutely.
Every hamper comes with a free greeting card where you can add your own message during checkout.
Delivery & Shipping
We currently deliver within Klang Valley, and selected areas nationwide (depending on hamper type).
Delivery coverage will be shown at checkout.
Yes — for selected areas and hampers.
Orders must be placed before the same-day cut-off time.
Yes!
You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.
Our courier will try to contact the recipient.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to wrong address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Yes — once payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
You may cancel within 1 hour, as long as we haven’t started preparing your hamper.
After we begin crafting, cancellations are not allowed.

Yes, we will try our best to accommodate special requests.
Just drop us a WhatsApp message after placing your order.
We can help suggest suitable items, but we cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens as we source from different brands.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and personalization, returns are not accepted.

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
